Pricing (typical ranges)#
- Outer envelopes: from $X.XX each (names + address)
- Inner envelopes: from $X.XX each (names only)
- Place cards / escort cards: from $X.XX each
- Certificates / quotes / signage: flat-rate by size and complexity
- Rush work: subject to availability and a rush fee
Pricing varies by style, ink color, paper, quantity, and complexity. Final estimates are provided after reviewing your project details and timeline.
What to expect#
- Style & ink: Choose script style and ink color; metallics/white on dark stock may add cost/time.
- Paper: You supply finished envelopes/cards unless otherwise agreed. Provide 10% extra for testing/spares.
- Proofs: Digital proof of wording/layout upon request for larger projects.
- Timeline: Production begins after list approval and deposit (if applicable). Allow adequate drying time.
- Delivery: Local pickup or shipped at cost; packed to protect finished pieces.
How to start#
- Send your project details, due date, and quantity.
- Provide your finalized address list (see “Address List Formatting”).
- Approve estimate and timeline; submit deposit if required.
- Drop off/ship stock (envelopes/cards) with extras.
